How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

What Do I Do If My Order Is Damaged In Transit?
In the unlikely event that your order is damaged in transit, please contact our customer service as soon as possible and we'll do our best to rectify the situation.
Please include your order number in your email notification and attach:
- Photo of outer plastic courier bag.
- Photo of damage to cardboard box packaging.
- Photo of corresponding damage to the product.
Please note: To claim insurance, we must contact the freight provider with proof of damage/loss within 30 days of the order being shipped. Please ensure you notify us as soon as possible.

How To Upload My Photos?
Creating a professional photo album online is that simple: Just upload the photos you’d like to use in the album and then let our team of creative album designers get to work. You could upload photos via Email, Google Drive, Dropbox, MEGA, or Tera Box. We’ll email you a first draft of your photo album book in 2-4 working days. All designs include unlimited revisions, so we make sure you’re completely satisfied with the design before the album is sent to print.
